 Implement new profile info support for ymsg (yahoo japan [and yahoo(?)]).
 When you right click someones name in a chat room on yahoo one of the
 options available is "info" which gives you a summarized list of their
 info and it only lists lines of information that was entered leaving out
 useless lines that werent filled out like "occupation: (didnt right
 anything, plan space and a useless line)" and it works on older yahoo
 japan profiles like this
 http://old.profiles.yahoo.co.jp/hirosima_seiko
 But if you right click another name that has a new profile youll get this
 message

 So this profile doesnt show up because yahoo changed its profile format
 and pidgin should be able to get this info with this new format as well
