Comment:

 Do you mean you need to untick the menu entry before you can tick it again
 to get the dialog? If so there's another ticket about that filed I think
 (though I'm not sure it got much more done about it yet either). If that
 is what you mean we should find it and mark one of them as a duplicate
 just to be simpler.
