 Attached are a screenshot of the problem and the actual image file I can
 reproduce it with. But this seems to happen with any image file that is
 over 100x100. The other protocols have no problems and change as desired.
 but aim refuses to take the icon and goes to having no icon set. I can do
 this over and over by flipping from 2.6.5 to 2.6.6 and back, very
 reproducible.
