 Pidgin hangs when clicking on a URL in the conversation box until the
 browser has opened the page. This occurs on Windows Vista x64. This is
 similar to [http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/11122 this bug], which was
 unresolved.

 Doing a bit of investigating myself, my guess is that this is due to the
 way the open-url action is sent. In pidgin/win32/gtkwin32dep.c, the
 ShellExecuteExW() call on line 167 of the 2.6.6 sources does not use the
 SEE_MASK_ASYNCOK flag, perhaps that will fix it.
