 You removed a contact from your list and checked your contact's list and
 it displayed you as
 "Has you: Yes" *AFTER* removing and re-adding, right? What about directly
 after removing. Please note, that in order to the "Has you" status being
 updated, you have to log out and in again to MSN. "Has you" is only
 updated during login.

 In Windows Live Messenger (the original client), you always have to delete
 the Windows Live Contacts folder to make sure the information in the
 privacy list gets refreshed.

 So you didn't re-add your contact but it was already there?

 Weird. But, as I said and as I wrote in my mail to MSN support, I'm 99%
 sure it's a server issue.
