#11592: logical usability problem with reconnecting and offline status

 if I get disconnected from msn protocol, I get the reconnect thing in
 pidgin window.
 if I change my status to offline, the reconnect part doesn't go.
 I can click reconnect and it reconnects me and I'm online even though
 pidgin says my status is offline.
