 Iam currently using Pidgin 2.6.6 to connect to our Openfire Server 3.6.4,
 however when I use the /buzz command to buzz a client connected using
 Spark I get this message:-

 Unable to buzz, because "User" does not support it or does not wish to
 receive buzzes now.

 However this is enabled on the user's client, and this works fine between
 Spark/Spark client chats.

 The Debug output from Pidgin is:-
