 Implement Anti-Booters and Anti-Flooders support for YMSG (Yahoo! and
 Yahoo! JAPAN). They can send you many instant messages at once with their
 bot accounts and feeze (boot) Pidgin indefinitely. Booters can also use
 their bot accounts to send you many chat invitations at once to boot you
 off of the Pidgin client. Every other Yahoo client has Anti-Booter Support
 besides Pidgin. Even the regular Yahoo chat client has an option to turn
 all PM's off.
