#11776: Annoying "send" command in chat window's popup menu

When you right-click on the edit area of the conversation window, a popup
menu appears, which features "Send" as the first command. This menu can
also be triggered with the "menu" key, which is usually sitting right next
to altGr. I often use altGr during a conversation to produce characters
specific for polish script, like ą, ż, ł, etc. However, sometimes I miss
the altGr key a little bit and invoke the popup menu instead. Then, by
pressing space (which happens often when I'm not watching the screen or
typing faster than I think), I accidentally confirm sending of an
incomplete message. This is really annoying.

The simplest solution would be to move (or remove) the "Send" command, but
then the next-in-order operation would be the one to be constantly
accidentally triggered. So the other solution would be to place a non-
destructive, or even a no-op command right before "Send".

I have no idea whether this issue affects a lot of users, but it is
especially annoying to me, and an implementation of a solution would be
really, really simple. Possibly, this is a problem with Gtk text inputs in
general, but I find it causing trouble only in this specific situation.
