 No its not. Ok... apparently it only appears on the local window when you
 are chatting. If there is another use, please, enlighten me.

 That's because on a multiple accounts scenario -even pointing to the same
 server- it should be nicer if the pop-ups display somthing like "Fulano
 from Facebook says Hello" instead of having "Fulano saying something" and
 not knowing who is this guy from.

 I also explained myself on that ticket and thanks to manski I understood
 my mistake.

 Right now I can't see why anybody will need a LocalAlias. Is confusing,
 because you see yourself as chatting under an alias that never appears on
 the other side, and that may lead to misinterpreting how are we identified
 by the other part. But may be I'm missing something else.

 Having an alias is really useful, but a local one is not. The label is not
 confusing as the concept itself. The thing should be an alias, and if the
 protocol permits, it should allow to be propagated as a FriendlyName. When
 the propagation is not possible, a little info should inform the user its
 only local.

 My two cents.
