 i install pidgin 2.7.0 and I have still the same bug (((
 Don't work ctrl-v, ctrl-c and Ctrl+Shift+V shortcuts (shift-insert, ctrl-
 insert - work)
 now i have windows 7 pro (x86), GTK+ Runtime: 2.16.6,  Glib Runtime:
 2.20.5
 I completely reinstall the program
