Comment:

 I'm closing this as wontfix.  If Daniel isn't willing to go to the effort,
 this will not get done, and even if someone were to provide a patch, if it
 causes more maintenance pain (as seems to be the case here), the patch
 would be rejected.  There is no reason for an IM client to go to the
 effort of being a Win64 application until it's absolutely necessary (where
 "necessary" means "Microsoft has permanently disabled all 32 bit
 application support").
