Comment:

 I don't see how that second change is relevant when you only change one
 file and leave the rest of the `*-glue.c` files alone. Anyway, `glib.h` is
 included somewhere along the line by including `status.h`, so that change
 is unnecessary.

 In any case, the mono plugin loader is broken and doesn't work anyway. You
 shouldn't be using it.
