 While the Pidgin icon still blinks in the tray, new messages do nto cause
 the windows to flash in the taskbar anymore.  This was noticed this
 morning, after upgrading to 2.7.0.  Tried disabling and re-enabling this
 setting in Preferences, but did not resolve the issue.
