 Here's a plugin that would be useful and i think i'll implement it when i
 have some free time:
 Runs a custom command with parameters (protocol, buddy_id) for some
 (offline) buddies, at specified interval (eg: 5 minutes), and interpret
 the command's output:
  - Offline - do nothing
  - Other Output - shows that buddy in the blist even if he's offline, and
 sets a tooltip text with the output.

 It can be useful in the following cases:
  - Integrate with some 3rd party tool to check if the buddy is
 "invisible".
  - Check to see if he's logged in on a public site (eg: "He's online on
 facebook")
  - "Responds to ping"
