 Hello. Another small fix in purple_connection_update_progress. As I know
 now something like purple_connection_update_progress(gc, _("Connected"),
 2, 2); is not allowed and gives (15:13:01) g_log:
 purple_connection_update_progress: assertion `step < count' failed. Theres
 small patch included to fix it.
