#11813: Implement page up/down option during new buddy addition

 It would be nice to have this feature, if I try to add a new buddy, e.g. I
 would like to choose the group from the Drop down box.
 I can't use the page up/down buttons there which can be tedious if you
 have too much groups, thanks in advance !
