#11838: Out of order log file name causes date to be reported as the epoch

I founded a saved copy of an old chat log today (ls -l reports the time as
August 17th of 2008). When I loaded up pidgins user log viewer to see if I
still had it saved I found the log listed under January 1st 1970 roughly
corresponding to my unix systems epoch.
In taking a look at the directory the chat log was in, I found the
culprit: instead of being named year-month-
day.timezoneandoffset.extension, it was named username-first-chat.html.
This seems to cause the file to be ID'd as the oldest possible. Instead it
should be listed as "Unknown", or the files creation time should be used
to determine a best guess.
