New description:

 - Updated from 2.6.6 to 2.7.0 (no previous uninstallation).


 - Windows XP (Default Theme) SP3 + all Patches.


 - The "Winwow blinks when new IM arrives" in Settings Menu is enabled.


 - The "Make Window blink" Setting using Plugin "Pidgin\plugins\notify.dll"
 doesn't work.



 Seems to be a common error, some friends have the same issue and some
 threads in german speaking forums exist about that topic.
