 hi, i've been having a problem in connecting to msn ever since i started
 using Pidgin, i know that msn isn't a very good IM client, so it could be
 just the fact that it is difficult for the Dev's to work around that, but
 it does get a bit annoying after a while, and just recently since i
 installed v 2.6.6 of pidgin its refused to connect virtually at all, think
 it only connected twice the whole time i had it, so waited till the newest
 version 2.7.0 came out and just installed it, but msn is still refusing to
 connect, and came out with the error "Connection error from Notification
 server:
 Windows socket error #10065" it normally comes out with some error or
 other, don't pay much attention seeing as it normally connects within
 about 1 hour or so, but just added gfire/xfire plugin(and yes i know its a
 3rd party plugin) but it it came out with the same error, i pref haven't
 used any plugins, and even b4 i've added any plugins it was coming out
 with the same error, the only conclusion i can think of is that msn
 doesn't like slow internet connection(i'm stuck on 64kbps for most of the
 month), if someone could let me know why i'm always having a problem with
 MSN connecting it'd be great:)
 i'm running Windows XP SP2 :)
