 i updated pidgin to 2.7.0 over the previous version. since then the
 conversation windows have stopped blinking when new IMs are received. the
 sound works perfectly n the pidgin icon in the taskbar starts blinking.
 but it is a problem when one is chatting with a bunch of people because
 one tends to miss the received chats. Please look into the issue n suggest
 a solution. on a closing note, i would like to say u guys r doing a gr8
 job giving us a lovely chat client like pidgin. i have been using pidgin
 since the past 2 years ....frm v 2.4.2 till today.
