 Greetings.

 I've recently upgraded from pidgin 2.6.6 where upon getting a message, the
 window in the taskbar would flash, letting me know i had a new message.
 I installed no packages, plugins or pidgin-altering items and proceeded to
 download and update to 2.7.0 yesterday.
 Ever since then, Pidgin has refused to flash windows. I have the option
 for this checked under preferences. Unchecked then re-checked to see if it
 fixes it - but no. The option is broken.

 System specifications :
 Windows 7 Ultimate HUNGARIAN
 DirectX 10
 Pidgin 2.7.0 HUNGARIAN
 User since : 2008 October
 Problem encountered : 2010 May 14.
 Problem previously encountered : No (Only in this release).
