 Sorting by status has traditionally put idle status buddies after their
 respective non-idle status buddies. Basically idle is after available, and
 idle away is after away in contact list which makes sense because I care
 less about people who are idle. This was working in 2.6.x properly.
 In 2.7.0, in at least the windows build, this behavior is now reversed so
 that idle buddies are placed BEFORE non-idle ones.

 Placed under unclassified because I am unsure what shared interface
 components falls under.
