 In Pidgin 2.7.0, the smiley panel you call from the conversation window,
 is showing up slower then in previous versions. I think all of them,
 because now is the first time I've noticed this and installing back 2.6.6
 confirmed me this observation.
 This "issue" is more noticeable in a slower PC, for ex if in my desktop
 the difference is only 1-2sec, in my netbook is about 5sec.
 And we are talking about 2GHz Core2Duo/3GB RAM vs 1.6GHz Atom/2GB RAM
