 When I said debugger I meant the Debug Window trace logs which helpfully
 only show up if you are expecting problems and have the window open
 already. I recreated the issue using an alternate email account that I
 configured an MSN account for and then requested an add on my regular
 account. Same problem. Logs attached. All personally identifiable
 information (ie: email addresses and user names) redacted and replaced
 with <REDACTED> and <USERNAME_REDACTED>. I am <SELF_REDACTED> and the new
 account added is <REDACTED_NEW_USER>@<REDACTED_NEW_USER_TLD>.
