 In Windows 7 (x86) if you change the size of pidgin by dragging it's edge
 to the top of the screen, it will change the size to maximum availible
 (vertical). So, after that if you double click at the icon on the tray,
 pidgin will hide. Then again double click on the icon on the tray and
 pidgin will not have the previous size. It will have the size that it has
 before of resize(maximizing).
