 You can reproduce it by using ICQ 6.5 Client and Pidgin. Send a formatted
 message using pidgin, then you will se html in the ICQ 6.5 Client. Thats
 couse you guys did not apply the patch that was allready there.

 This is the diff that should be merged in to fix both outgoing and
 incoming HTML
