Comment:

 You need to use Active Perl 5.10 - 5.12 will not work - the crash is
 because you've renamed the dll.  There is a reason the dlls are named
 differently - 5.12 is not binary compatible with 5.10.

 The "or newer" was intended to refer to 5.10.1, etc.  There was no 5.12
 when that was written, I'll fix the documentation.
