 Regardless of which direction a chat session is established messages from
 Adium clients (via the google talk jabber protocol) are not being received
 by the Pidgin client. Messages to Adium clients are being received.
 Notifications that the user of the Adium client is typing a message are
 shown in the Pidgin client.

 Gmail's chat history show that the messages are being received from the
 Adium clients. Google talk (browser based from gmail) does receive
 messages from Adium clients. A Google android phone does receive the
 messages from Adium clients.

 There does not seem to be issues with receiving messages from any other
 clients via the google talk protocol.

 In an attempt to narrow down the issue, I have closed all client
 applications connected to google talk (including android and gmail). This
 does not fix the problem.

 I am using Pidgin 2.6.6 (currently the latest from the repository) On
 Ubuntu 10.4. This behaviour was observed from two different computers,
 using the same version of Adium (1.4).
