 This backtrace doesn't have debugging symbols, so unfortunately it's
 useless.  Please consult the gentoo documentation to find out how to
 rebuild pidgin, libpurple, gtk, and glib with debug symbols and try to get
 the backtrace again.

 Just for reference, do you have any third-party plugins (particularly
 plugins like pidgin-facebookchat, the skype plugin, SIPe, etc.) installed?
 If so, do you have accounts configured for those protocols?
