 Do you know what programs people are using when they can't see your icon?
 Would it be possible to attach an example image to this ticket?  From the
 output you pasted it looks like everything should be working fine.

 I'm wondering if the people who can't see your icon are using older ICQ
 clients that aren't able to handle icons with large dimensions.  You could
 try scaling your icon down to less than 100 pixels tall and less than 100
 pixels wide and see if that helps.
