 In Pidgin on Windows XP, new conversation windows will pop up directly
 over each other.  This is aggravating, if, for example, you are currently
 typing an IM and a new one comes in - the new window appears directly over
 the current one.  Or, if you are trying to close an IM window via the
 upper-right "X" button just as a new IM comes in, you'll accidentally
 close the new window instead of the one you intended to close.

 Maybe this is an edge case, but it is something we run into fairly
 frequently in our environment.  It would be far superior if new
 conversation windows could pop up either adjacent to current open windows,
 or perhaps staggered slightly.
