New description:
1) Setup two accounts
2) Both accounts do not have password saved
3) Login on one account
4) Enter incorrect password for one.
Instead of prompting you for the correct password, the account is
disabled. If you re-try from the contact list, it will just fail over and
over without ever prompting you for a password. If you try to change the
password in the account settings screen, it will STILL fail.
The only way to fix this is to re-enable the account in the account
settings screen so you can be prompted the password again.
This is very unfriendly and annoying behavior, and confusing because
although we can change the password by opening the account in the settings
screen, doing so has no effect.
