 So you stay sorted in the op section of the channel user list even after
 you lose the op icon? Does running "/names" fix it? I have no idea whether
 this should or not and I'm not going to look to see right now but it is
 possible.

 How does /whois on yourself list that channel name when it is working and
 when it is broken?
