 This ''continues to be an issue'' as of 2.7.3. Why? This was reported
 ''three years ago''. It continues to be a serious usability issue and
 serves only to waste my time and annoy me to no end.

 Are patches to this issue welcome because if so I'll go in and fix this
 myself? I'm tired of waiting.
