 I can only assume that the old version of Trillian added the contacts in
 some manner similar to the old <MSNP8 system, and the conversion by Pidgin
 doesn't work. However, without seeing the old version, I can't say how to
 fix it. Considering the fact that old official clients are phased out, not
 too many people would be using the old system now, let alone run into any
 trouble upgrading with it.
