#12785: Pidgin 2.7.3-1.fc13 has segfaulted and attempted to dump a core file.

 I open pidgin it attempts to sync for 25 seconds and gets a "connection
 failed" message I the select "reconnect" or allow it to reconnect on its
 own, the application reconnects successfully (7 seconds on subsequent
 reconnects) populates all groups and status's then 1 minute and 8 seconds
 later the application closes and I get the following message (message is
 cli only).

 Pidgin 2.7.3-1.fc13 has segfaulted and attempted to dump a core file.
 This is a bug in the software and has happened through
 no fault of your own.

 This fails in this same fashion every time whether I start it from the
 [Applications] [Internet] drop down menu or a command line session.
