 Every time I try to send a message in an AIM chat I get the following
 message:  Unable to send message: The message is too large. This message
 appears 100% of the time. This also happens when I enter an 'empty' room.

 Debug window tells me: "oscar: Could not send ... because (3 > maxlen 0)
 or (3 > maxvis 0)"

 This did not happen in previous versions. Downgrading to 2.7.3 removes the
 problem.
