 I downloaded the new version of Pidgin today. However, when I run pidgin
 after updating, I get the error messages below.

 1st Error: The procedure entry point
 gdk_pixbuf_animation_new_from_file_utf8 could not be located in dynamic
 link library libgdk_pixbuf-2.0-0.dll

 and the second error message i recieve is: Error loading pidgin.dll Error
 127: special procedure could not be found.
