 I've got the same issue, using Adium 1.4rc1 (dated 10.20.10) on OS X
 10.6.4. It's been going on for a few months now: I get one or more
 unwanted requests in Adium's Authorization Requests pop-up window, choose
 to block and either deny or ignore them, close the pop-up, which returns a
 few minutes later with the same requests, over and over.  Quite
 irritating.
