 In attempting to triage this, I'd like to note that Adium 1.4 betas/RCs do
 ''not'' contain 904144db35079f8cc320a0380de5c1a1df95a436 (which fixes one
 version of this crash, when using SSL).

 As fqueze has pointed out, it does happen in Instantbird with that patch.
