 on google voice incoming connections connect, the audio meters appear and
 the automated voice comes on and says "press 1 to connect 2 to cancel"
 the problem there is no way to send a dtmf tone to the google server
  ive tryed using dtmfdial but to no avail, it will not redirect its output
 so pidgin collects it.
 probably would good to put conntec/cancel buttons on the chat meters
 window so we can send tones, ive tryed other posts about disabling
 settings on google voice, but it still requitres me to enter 1 or 2.
 im using ubuntu 10.4 with pidgin 2.7.3
