 I have add pidgin into the widows firewall exception list. Then tried
 reconfiguring hotmail, i have ticked the HTTP box and set my proxy setting
 to global and receive the following message for Hotmail
 "Connection error from Notification server:
 Reading error"
 Googlemail(through pidgin) is SSL ticked (not force old port) and using
 global settings, the following error;
 "Unable to connect"
