 In windows that don't use aim, the Attention button shouldn't be there at
 all. Being grayed out is kind of annoying having it be there considering
 I, and many people, don't use MSN. It'd be a lot nicer if only people
 using MSN had that button appear. At least make an option to
 enable/disable the button though...
