#12595: Pidgin doesnt disconnect after suspend linux

 Pidgin should disconnected after suspend computer, but this is not in
 fact, pidgin still in online mode. In normal condition this should be in
 my opinion: pidgin online - linux suspend - linux resume from suspend -
 pidgin show that interface reconnected and disconnect last connection,
 trying to reactivate connection. Maybe pidgin trying to support
 connection, but there is no info about this. Im only try this in Oscar, no
 more protocols. Debug mode doesnt show any info about resume or
 disconnected status
