 I also remember having been able to block users in the past, however I get
 the same error as everyone else with the newest release under Win7(32bit).
 I would just like to add that I get a very similar error while using
 meebo.com.  My best guess would be that AIM has some kind of server-side
 issue that is triggered by some event(such as editing a profile as someone
 else had mentioned already).  I plan to contact AIM support about this
 issue shortly, and will keep you guys informed.
