 When you use ALSA it is possible to select the volume-level with a nice
 slider.
 This is not possible when using a custom command, so to change volume I
 have to "hardcode" the value and can't use the nice slider.
 It would be cool to have "%v", so I can do
 {{{
   play -v %v %s
 }}}
