 I had this problem for a while as well. I didn't have any clue what was
 causing it so I couldn't fix it... But I ended up switching to an older
 screen name of mine which didn't seem to be affected by the issue. After a
 few days of using the older screen name, I tried the one that was having
 the problem again and it is now working fine.
