client, both running on Windows

Proxy settings for both machines are "No Proxy"

 Compare this to log file.
Why there are 'proxy' entries in the log?

It seems Pidgin for some reason assumes that there is a Proxy, located at
192.168.1.2 (this is my router/Internet Gateway)
And uses this proxy for communication.

It explains why client at 192.168.1.51 receives connection request from
 192.168.1.2
And as this IP/host is not known to it, rejects communication session.

It seems communication sequence should be fixed.
If there is no proxy - Pidgin should communicate directly to specified IP
 address.
