 bob is using pidgin and sam is using facebook website chat and sam is on
 facebook but his chat is turn off and bob can turn on picking his name on
 the list and saying hi then sam chat is turned on and sam get annoying
 because he doesn't want it on so can you fix it please so it can tell the
 other person that it warns them that some want to comunicate to them
